This course is geared towards project managers, project coordinators, project analysts, project leaders, senior project managers, team leaders, product managers, program managers, project sponsors, and project team members who are responsible for all aspects of project planning, delivery, leading and directing cross-functional teams. Trainees will learn to effectively complete more of their projects on time, on budget and meet original project goals. This course also fully prepares you to take and pass the PMP Certification exam.
The four and a half day training will include practice questions, hands-on exercises, and interactive discussions with role-plays to reinforce the PMP concept. Handouts and other study materials, including A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge: PMBOK(R) Guide 5th Edition, will be provided. A final review of the concepts and test preparation will cap up the course on the final day.
