ISO 22000 is the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) international standard that is aligned a globally recognized best practices. ISO 22000 can be applied to any organization in the food supply chain, from growers, processers, distributors, retailers, to server (e.g., restaurants and caterers). Becoming certified to ISO 22000 indicates that a food company has a food safety management system in place to offer its products in the global market. This workshop is designed to provide a clear and comprehensive understanding of the requirements of ISO 22000:2018, the effects of this standard and actions that need to be taken to fulfill the requirements. Using a step-by-step approach, you will start your FSMS Plan, work on all principles of ISO 22000, and fulfill up to 70% of your FSMS Plan. You will leave with required skills to implement the remaining portions of principles of ISO 22000 and create necessary documentation and monitor your FSMS Plan with confidence.
