Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Training is designed to transition Six Sigma Green Belt certified employees to the next level of leadership in a continuous improvement system. This TMAC GC course comprehensively covers the technical, managerial, and psychological issues necessary for becoming an effective lean six sigma practitioner. Developed for any job duty, this class focuses on advanced statistical concepts, applying modeling techniques, rapid diagnostics, timely analysis, efficient problem solving, and effective team building.
Technical issues addressed include advanced statistics, design of experiments, modeling techniques like response surfaces and linear regression, waste identification, lean tools, analysis using product path diagramming, and metrics that properly address bottom line considerations.
Managerial factors covered include achieving management buy in, reconciling conventional cost accounting with lean metrics, and navigating office politics.
Psychological factors outlined include achieving employee buy in, motivation methods, and teamwork.
With problem solving exercises, in-course assignments, and dynamic presentation, attendees will gain first hand insights into the essential factors that make or break a lean six sigma implementation. By avoiding the many pitfalls of typical practitioners, the attendee will have the resources to achieve objectives harmoniously, quickly, and economically.
